Enliven Tai Chi
Enliven Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise that can significantly improve various health conditions.

The slow, gentle and deliberate movements of Tai Chi, makes it the ideal method for older people to maintain and improve optimal health.

Regular practice of Tai Chi has many benefits, including:

  • improved balance and flexibility, reducing your risk of falls
  • improved circulation and heart health
  • improved muscle strength

Tai Chi can also improve health conditions such as high or low blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis, respiratory conditions and weight issues.

Enliven Tai Chi has been developed especially for older adults, although people of all ages and abilities are welcome. The exercises can be completed either sitting or standing. The classes are held in a group setting with qualified instructors who hold current Tai Chi for Health Institute Instructor and First Aid certificates.
