Family Works Central presents the Positive Supervision workshop with Holland’s Dr Fredrike P. Bannink, Tuesday 20 September in Wellington.
World-renowned clinical psychologist, supervisor, Master of Dispute Resolution, international presenter, trainer and author Dr Fredrike Bannink’s Positive Supervision model is recognized worldwide.
In this practical, interactive workshop Dr Bannink will present her innovative, strength-based and solutions focused model which enables participants to build positive emotions in supervision.
Workshop participants will learn to use the four pillars of positive supervision, to build positive emotions and hopeful and optimistic conversations with their supervisees, as well as reflect on their professional and personal performance.
The workshop will include short presentations and case studies, along with practical group exercises.

More about Dr Fredrike P. Bannink
Dr Fredrike P. Bannink MDR is a clinical psychologist, a Master of Dispute Resolution and an International Full Certified ADR Mediator and Conflict Coach.
She has a training, coaching and mediation practice in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Fredrike has been a mediator for the Court of Amsterdam for many years and is a Founding Member of Mediators Beyond Borders.
She is an internationally recognized keynote speaker and trainer, and the author of 30+ books on solution-focused interviewing in psychotherapy, coaching, conflict management/mediation, leadership supervision, positive psychology and positive supervision.
